USING DROPEX

Terms of Use

These terms describe basic expectations when accessing the DropEx website and related services. They should be reviewed against your operating model and local legal requirements before publication.

Last updated: 11 October 2026

1. Platform role

DropEx provides a platform to connect customers with participating businesses and delivery services. Availability of a particular shop, item, rider or delivery option is not guaranteed and may vary by location and time.

2. Accounts and accurate details

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, address and account details and for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not impersonate another person or use the platform for unlawful activity.

3. Orders, prices and availability

Product listings, prices, service fees, delivery estimates and availability may change. An order is subject to confirmation by the relevant business or platform. Substitutions, out-of-stock items and delivery delays may occur; where possible, users should be informed through the service.

4. Payments and charges

Applicable item prices, delivery fees and other charges should be shown before order confirmation. Payment methods and payment timing depend on the options displayed at checkout. Never send payment credentials through an unofficial message.

5. Cancellations, returns and complaints

Cancellation eligibility, refunds, returns and complaint handling depend on the type of item, order status, merchant policy and applicable law. Check the relevant policy and contact support promptly if an order has a problem.

6. Customer and partner conduct

Users must communicate respectfully and provide safe, accurate delivery instructions. Businesses and riders are expected to comply with applicable laws, safety requirements and the terms applicable to their role.

7. Service interruptions

We may update, suspend or restrict parts of the service for maintenance, security, safety or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a specific delivery time unless explicitly confirmed.

8. Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by law, DropEx is not responsible for indirect loss arising from use of the website or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. We may revise these terms and publish the updated version here.

9. Contact

For questions about these terms, use the Contact page or a verified official DropEx support channel.

This is a starter terms template, not legal advice. Confirm the exact merchant, payment, refund and delivery responsibilities before publishing.
